Welcome to WINTER!! Come join us at GSR for our annual polar bear campout This year campers will also be working on the Snow Sports (Cross Country Skiing focus) Merit Badge. Friday night will be spent cabin camping and completing the indoor parts of the merit badge. On Saturday morning, participants will head outside andl set up their polar bear camp and spend the remainer of the weekend outdoors. Meals will be provided for the weekend, including cooking over a fire Saturday evening. A warming station will be available all weekend. Participants can sign up as individuals, an individual with a parent/leader, or units can sign up small groups with a leader. Skiing will depend on the amount of snow on the ground that weekend.
