Free, however, registration is required. 

BALOO is a required training for Cub Scout Packs and Webelos Dens to hold an overnight campout.  At least one person from a pack needs to attend this training.  This is an outdoor event so be prepared for all types of weather in addition to sleeping outside in a tent.
