Three Optional Courses Available

Option 1:  Cub Scout Position-Specifics with BALOO Training

$10.00 ($15.00 Late Fee).

Course runs from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM on Saturday, April 22, 2017.

C40 / C60 / C42 – Cubmaster Position-Specific / Pack Committee Challenge / Den Leader Position-Specifics
These are the required Leader Specifics training for any Cub Scout leader.  Each participant will be trained for all Cub Scout Leader positions.

C32 - Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation (BALOO) This training introduces parents and leaders to the skills needed to plan and conduct outdoor Pack activities, particularly camping.  BALOO prepares Pack leaders to plan and carry out “entry-level” outdoor experiences.

Option 2:  Cub Scout Position-Specifics with BALOO and IOLS Training

$25.00 ($30.00 Late Fee)

Course runs from 7:00 PM Friday evening April 21, 2017 through 9:00 PM Saturday, April 22, 2017.  (All leaders taking this course are required to set up their overnight tent prior to Friday 7:00 pm)

Option 3:  Scoutmaster Position-Specifics with IOLS Training

$25.00 ($30.00 Late Fee)

Course runs from 7:00 PM Friday evening April 21, 2017 through 9:00 PM Saturday, April 22, 2017.  (All leaders taking this course are required to set up their overnight tent prior to Friday 7:00 pm)

S24 – Scoutmaster / Assistant Scoutmaster Position-Specific
This is the required Leader Specifics training for all Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters. 

S11 - Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skill (IOLS) is required training for Scoutmasters, Coaches, and their assistants. Working as Patrols, this hands-on course provides adult leaders the practical outdoor skills they need to lead Scouts in the out‐of-doors. Upon completion, leaders should feel comfortable teaching Scouts the basic outdoor skills required to obtain the First Class rank. This course is also recommended for Venturing and Sea Scout leaders to provide them with the basic skills necessary to conduct their outdoor programs.
