Get ready for fun and surprises at the Klondike Derby!

Join your fellow Scouts for a weekend of Winter FUN and Competition at Silver Trails Scout Reservation!  YOU are challenged to compete against the forces; unseen and seen to win the Battle, and claim the Prize.  Webelos are WELCOME to Team-Up with a Troop / Patrol Contingent OR Webelos may bring their OWN contingent to complete with other Webelos in what we are calling Packtrols.  The Packtrols will most be competing in the same activities as the Boy Scouts wherever possible.  Age-appropriate alternate activities will be done where required by the Guide to Safe Scouting, so the Webelos can have the FULL Klondike experience.

NO INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS
Contingent/Unit-Only Registration. No exceptions.

Cost is $26 per Scout/Webelos if paid by January 30, $30 after.  Registration closes on February 5th 

Adults- $9 (No late fee)

Staff- $13.

Webelos Scouts must register as part of a troop contingent or as a Webelos Den.  Two leaders will be required to register with each troop or Webelos Den.

Registration includes event patch and lunch on Saturday. Whereas the kitchen at STSR is limited in its capability, special diets must be handled by the individuals / units.  STSR cannot guarantee the ability to safely meet special dietary needs.

Activities include:
Reactive-Target Rifle / Pellet Shooting, Fire-Building, Archery, Ice Rescue, Tomahawk Throwing, Branding, Tree-Cookie Cutting, Cold-Weather First Aid, Snowshoeing, Lashings, and MORE!

Dutch Oven Cook-Off
The “Secret Ingredient” will be provided to your Patrol.  YOU create a dish from what you have on hand [or in your Unit], using the Secret Ingredient.
