Join our GSR Range and Target Sports Team for a weekend of fun activities.  Scouts can work on the Rifle and Shotgun merit badges. Cub Scouts can practice thier skills with BB guns and Archery. Ventures can practice their skills in pistols and earn leadership time.    

Our Archery, LaPorte thower, shot gun, rifle, knife and hatchet ranges will be open for all guests following the Guide to Safe Scouting rules.  

This is a great weekend filled with a family's worth of Scouting activities!

Our Venture Scouts can also rank toward their Ranger award.

Saturday afternoon we will have a Turkey Shoot Contest for Adults with a Thanksgiving turkey as the prize!

Opening ceremony will begin at 7pm Friday at Merrill Centennial Dining Hall followed by a cracker barrel. GSR will provide Saturday meals and Sunday breakfast. Guests can choose to tent camp or rent a cabin for the weekend  (not included in event fee - https://michiganscouting.org/facility-rental/gerber-facilities-mcc/).
