You're invited to the Distinguished Citizens Award Dinner as we celebrate the achievements of local youth, and recognize the contributions of our honorees to improving the communities in the Great Lakes Bay Region. This annual event benefits thousands of boys and girls in Cub Scouts & Scouts BSA in the Region, including Saginaw Scoutreach serving over 1,600 disadvantaged youth in the inner city of Saginaw.
