Blue Star District Annual Recognition Dinner

Come join your fellow Scouts and Scouters on Wednesday, April 17 as we celebrate the 2018 Scouting Year and acknowledge those in OUR district who have given all they had, and a little more.

The dinner will be held at the Davison Free Methodist Church.  Doors open at 5:30 pm for fellowship.  Dinner will be served at approximately 6:00 pm and the program will begin at approximately 6:30 pm.

ALL are WELCOME to attend this event, regardless of your affiliation with Scouting.  Any volunteer, Scout, parent family member, staff member, or member of the community is more than WELCOME to join us.

The cost is $15 per person. 

The dinner is free for the 2018 District Award of Merit recipients and one guest. The dinner is also free for 2018 Blue Star District Eagle Scouts.  You MUST register online.

BSA Leader Knots will also be awarded at this event.  There are links provided in the attached document to submit your unit leaders [or yourself] who qualify.

The night will culminate in the awarding of the District Award of Merit to those Scouters chosen by their peers to be worthy of such a high honor.

Spend some time in fellowship with area Scouters and Scouts, get to meet those who are in the units right “next door”, and honor the volunteers of OUR district.
