Water and Woods Council Dinner

Join us Saturday, March 3, 2018, 5 PM at the Genesys Conference and Banquet Center, 805 Health Park Blvd, Grand Blanc, MI 48439 as we recognize the 2017 Eagle Scout Class, 2017 Heroism Award recipients, Venturing Summit Award recipients, Venturing Leadership Award recipients, and the 2018 Eagle Scout Scholarship Recipients.

The cost to attend the dinner is $29 per person.  Youth 12 yrs and under are $15. (2017 WW Eagle Scouts, 2017 Venturing Summit Award recipients, 2017 Venturing Leadership Award Honorees, 2017 Heroism Award recipients, and 2018 Silver Beaver Award recipients and their spouses are free)

When registering for this event on the attendee information screen, you must make a choice in each drop down under each attendee. Either put in a # of patches/sponsorships you wish to purchase, or put a 1 in the No Thank You box for each category.

Again this year, we have a special recognition for the Eagle Class, past Eagle Scouts, event sponsors, and Eagle Scholarship Donors. There are four special Council strips available.  Two are for sponsorship, one can be purchased, and one is for 2017 Eagles only.  They are unique because they have an actual Eagle medal embroidered in them.  2017 Eagle Scouts will receive a special Metallic Silver “Honoree” Eagle Scout Council strip at the event and can purchase one (1) additional for $10.  All Eagle Scouts can purchase a red color border Eagle Scout Council strip for $15.  Event sponsors contributing $100 or more will receive a Gold Border Eagle Scout “Sponsor” Council strip as a thank you in addition to their name listed in the keepsake program, recognition sponsor of an Eagle and dinner for an Eagle Scout. (Dinner NOT included for sponsor) You can also sponsor an Eagle Scholarship as a "Donor" for $500-$1000. Proceeds from all Eagle Scout Council strip sales and sponsorships will help fund future Eagle Scholarships and offset costs for this event.  We will be providing five $500 Eagle Scout college scholarships to Water and Woods Eagle Scouts at this event.  You will also have the opportunity to sponsor a Silver Beaver Honoree and spouse for this event. A special Silver Beaver Council Strip is available for $20 (restricted for sale to past and current Silver Beaver recipients only).  Proceeds from this CSP sale help offset the costs of our Silver Beaver recognition.  All of these special patches can be seen as an attachment for this event.

Here are the special Eagle CSP's available to purchase or through sponsorship.

• 2017 Eagle CSP for all 2017 Eagle Scouts in Water and Woods.  One free for 2017 WW Eagles and 2017 WW Eagles can purchase one additional for $10                                         
• 2017 Eagle CSP for any eagle to purchase for $15 each.        

• 2017 Eagle Sponsor CSP for anyone that sponsors an Eagle with a $100 contribution or more.

• 2017 Eagle Scholarship Donor CSP.  Anyone that contributes $500 or more to the Water and Woods Eagle Scholarship fund.

Also there is a 2018 Silver Beaver CSP for purchase by any Silver Beaver Honoree for $20.
