Fire & Flags Hosted by the President Ford Venturing Officers' Association

Join us for an evening of fellowship, food, and tradition at Adventure Point!

Tuesday, November 24
6:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Adventure Point

Gather with fellow Venturers, Advisors, Scouts, and Scouters for a fun and meaningful evening. We'll start with dinner and good company before coming together for a respectful Flag Retirement Ceremony.

The President Ford VOA will provide:

• Hot dogs
• Condiments

Participants are encouraged to bring a dish to pass and help make our potluck dinner a success.

Flag Retirement Ceremony - Following dinner, we will conduct a dignified and respectful Flag Retirement Ceremony to honor worn and unserviceable American flags in accordance with Scouting traditions.

Whether you're looking to connect with other Venturers, enjoy a shared meal, or participate in a meaningful ceremony, Fire & Flags is a great opportunity to spend an evening with the Venturing community.

Bring a friend, bring a dish to share, and join us for a memorable night of fellowship, food, and service.

We hope to see you there!
