Activities:
Deals with the actual event itself. Coordinates the activities field, side events, 5k, service projects, and the shows. Works to manage the program and content of the event.
Admin
Deals with internal organization of the event. Coordinates the registration, troop relations, food, facilities, trading post and concessions. As well it oversees all of the staff and coordinates staff planning and development.
Conclave
Deals with the ordeal, or “bash”, half of the weekend. Helps to plan the ordeal and anything related to the OA half such as candidates, ordeal and brotherhood ceremonies, and the elections.
Physical Arrangement & Logistics (PAL)
Deals with the on-the-ground logistics and support. In charge of dividing up the troops sites and activity areas. Coordinates with Admin, Activities, and Conclave prior to the event to make sure space is properly divided and manageable. Also provides extra support for other activities.
Promotions
Deals with marketing and advertising prior to the event. In charge of the Social Media, print media, and other information before and during the event. Primary focus is in-state troops and coordinating with them.
Public Relations
Deals with advertising the event nationally. Corresponds with out-of-section officers as well as the press.
