Klondike Derby for Northern Zone 1 to be held at Pioneer Park in the village of Pellston. Open to Scouting America troops and Cub Scouts Arrow of Light youth. Arrow of Light youth must be accompanied by Cub leader or under Troop supervision. Arrow of light Scouts can run their own sled or accompany a troop sled. Patrols should be prepared for cold winter conditions and deep snow along the trail. Lunch is "Bring Your Own" and will be up to the patrol to make their meals on the trail. Fires at each of the stations can be used to heat up or cook meals. No ground fires are aloud, patrol must use a station fires. Leaders please review the leaders guide to make sure your Scouts sled has all material to do stations listed.
