Mountain Jack’s Scouts BSA Klondike (Formerly Mahican Klondike)

Welcome to Mountain Jack’s 2026 Scouts BSA Klondike. This event is open to all Scouts BSA, Crews and Ships from all Districts. AOLs are welcome ONLY with a Troop. This year the theme is LET ME OUT. Using Scout Skills, general knowledge and problem solving skills, patrols will need to collect clues and bits of information throughout the day to “unlock” the “gate” to complete the challenge. The activities are designed for typical patrol sizes from 4 to 8 Scouts. Scouts can rotate in and out of the “patrol” if you have more Scouts or a unit may also compete as multiple patrols, in which case each patrol should have a patrol name. Smaller units can combine to compete if they wish. Each patrol will move from station to station, with a goal to obtain clues or items to help them complete the course. Except the first and last station, stations will not have to be done in a particular order and will be spread throughout the Park.

You must register in advance for the event. Adults must also be a paid participant (This helps us keep the cost per Scout lower).

The Event will be held in Champaign Park in Allen Park. See Map in file downloads. There is no camping available at this site. A small hot lunch is included in the event fee.

We encourage early registration. You may also add to your registration later if necessary. Registration WILL CLOSE 2 weeks before the event. As part of the registration fee, each Unit must bring 1 can of soup for every 2 participants they register. NO CREAM style soups.
