Blue Card Information:

We will use the online registration system to produce all completed blue cards and partials for this year's MSU merit badge day.  How this works:

1. Scout completes the badge (or partially completes)

2. The counselor submits his class roster with all completed Scouts and partials earned to our event coordinator at the close of the March 21st event.

3. Event coordinator inputs data to the registration system (where you signed up your Scout(s) to attend this event)  Blue card sheets will be signed by event coordinator.

4. Beginning April 1, this is the process to retrieve the Blue Cards and partial sheets for your Scouts that attended the MSU MB Day.

When you enrolled your Scout(s) online you received a confirmation email from the registration system upon completion of the process.  This email provided you a link to use to go back in the system and pull information about your registration +  pull the Blue cards and reports.  Click this link to go back into your individual registration.
You are now on a page that says “ MSU Engineering Merit Badge Day  in the upper left.  Right below this are 4 tabs-  Contact, Participants, Payments, and More.  Select the “More” drop down.  One of the options on the “More” drop down is reports.

Select “Reports”.  You will see options and descriptions for several reports.  Scroll down to “Blue Cards-Merit Badge College” or "Badges- Incomplete".   Your Scout(s) info will be in one or both of these places.
You will then be able to select preview report and download and print the blue cards and/or partials for all Scouts you registered and attended the college.

Please note that you will need to provide the PDF or printed completion sheet to your unit leader for final approval. (They will NOT have access to these reports unless you provide them with the same confirmation link that you received upon registration)

If you have problems accessing the information, email jean.moreau@scouting.org

Please provide the Scouts name, unit # and merit badge(s)

Upon completion of the online registration, you will receive a confirmation email.  You MUST save this email to retrieve your Scout's blue card from this event.
