Invention Convention Day Camp

Join us for the
2025 INVENTION CONVENTION
Day Camp!
Program
Cub Scout Day Camp is available for registered Cub Scouts entering the 1st through 5th grade in the fall of 2025. Michigan Crossroads Council will offer three Invention Convention Day Camp Programs, hosted in cooperation with the District Activities Committees from Ottawa, Pontiac-Manito, and Three Fires Districts.
Activities vary by location, but all locations offer crafts, archery, BB shooting, games, Scoutcraft, STEM, and more! The fee ($65.00) includes a patch, t-shirt, and expenses for consumable program supplies used at camp (craft supplies, ammunition, targets, etc.). Lunch is NOT provided. Participants are required to bring their lunch, a water bottle, and, if necessary, a change of clothes. Water will be provided at stations throughout the day.
Adult Attendance
All packs must have a 1:4 ratio of adults to youth, with a minimum of two adults required to accompany their group of Scouts. Adults may be asked to assist in various program areas when they are in the areas with the Scouts. There is no fee for adults; however, all adults are required to pre-register. Adults can purchase a T-shirt ($14) and a patch ($3) during online registration.
New Tiger Cubs (youth going into First Grade in the Fall of 2025) must have a parent or guardian in attendance, and the ratio is 1 adult to 1 Scout.
Help is always needed! If adults or older Scouts would like to volunteer to help at camp, please register as staff at no fee for the camp(s) where they want to volunteer.
Food and Beverage
Food is not provided at any of our day camp programs. All attendees bring their lunches and make accommodations for safekeeping (such as in their backpacks). Water will be provided at the Day Camp. Please bring a water bottle.
Daily Camp Check-in
You will receive check-in instructions directly from your camp director before your camp starts, since every location has different logistics.
Required Forms
The following forms are required upon camp check-in and cannot be submitted electronically due to the private information they contain. All forms will be returned to your pack at the end of your camp.
Forms listed individually:

•YPT or SYT Certification for ALL Adults attending Day Camp. Please go to My.Scouting to complete this training. You may need to create an account first.
