OFF TO THE RACES 2023 Day Camp!  

Register 10 youth or ½ of your Pack (whichever is less), you will get a $10 rebate for each cub in that registration after your session is complete!

Program 
Cub Scout Day Camp is available for registered Cub Scouts going into 1st through 5th grade this fall to one of our six Off to the Races Day Camp Programs! 

Activities vary by location, but all locations will offer crafts, archery, BB shooting, sling shots and more! Pricing varies by camp due to expenses related to individual locations/programs. This fee includes a patch, t-shirt and expenses related to consumable program supplies used at camp (craft supplies, ammunition, targets, etc.) Lunch is NOT provided.Participants should bring their own lunch, drinking water, and possible change of clothes.

Adult Attendance 
All packs attending must have a 2:8 ration of youth to adults. Adults are needed to chaperone their group of Scouts and sometimes might be asked to help in program areas. There is no fee for adults however all adults must pre-register. Adults have the option to purchase extra t-shirts ($10) and patches ($3) upon registration. New Tiger Cubs (youth that have just completed kindergarten) are required to have a parent or guardian in attendance, a 1 adult to 1 camper ratio.

Help is always needed! If adults or older Scouts would like to volunteer to help staff this camp please contact the Camp Director listed for that camp on the registration page or individual camp's flyer!

Food and Beverage  
Food is not provided at any of our day camp programs. All attendees should be prepared to bring their own lunches/water and make accommodations for safe keeping (such as in your backpack). 

Daily Camp Check-in 
You will receive check-in instructions prior to your camp week directly from your camp director since every location has different logistics.

Required forms  
The following forms are required upon camp check-in and cannot be submitted electronically due to the private information enclosed. All forms will be returned back to your pack at the end of your camp week.

• All participants (youth and adults) must submit filled out and completed Health Forms Part A&B
•  YPT Certification for ALL Adults attending Day Camp
• DHHS Central Registry Clearance (results) forms for ALL Adults attending Day Camp
