Come on out for an evening of fun, great baseball and camping! Watch some great baseball on Saturday, June 30, 2018 and campout in the outfield. Wake up call is at 7 AM on Sunday, July 1.
Enjoy the Fireworks after the game! (We will be helping clean up the field after the fireworks)
Registration and check-in will take place at the south entrance (outfield field gate) only starting at 5 PM. Tickets, wrist bands and information will be handed out at check-in. Families can arrive by 5 pm to watch batting practice and enjoy Comic-con night. One lucky Scout will be selected to throw out the first pitch! Be sure to register for the early fee deadline. Lou E. or Rall E. will be available post-game to meet and greet for photos.
The camp out fee is $21 per person ($16 for siblings 3-6 yrs; 2 yrs and under free) which covers a food voucher (good for any combo meal at the Great Lakes Grill - Hot dog , brat or pizza slice, chips and a drink), a lawn seat game ticket, a patch for youth (adults will get patch upon request), (No food voucher for 2 yrs and younger) OR for $16 per person ($12 for siblings 3-6 yrs; 2 yrs and under fee) you will receive a food voucher and lawn seat game ticket only - no overnight campout (NO patch). (No food voucher for 2 yrs and younger) You can upgrade to a box seat with food voucher and campout for $25 per person or Box Seat and food voucher only for $20 per person. Don't wait to register! All fees go up on June 22nd.
Bring your own tent. Tents MUST be free standing. No staking down of tents will be allowed! Bring a low profile tent if winds are gusting. Bring appropriate sleeping attire and sleeping bag. You will be allowed to retrieve your camping gear out of your vehicle (Can move vehicle closer to the gate also) after the game.
Once tents are set up in the evening, participants will not be allowed to leave and then re-enter the stadium. Emergencies are an exception. The event ends on Sunday, July 1 with “Looney call” wake up at 7am.
Reminder: Youth Protection Guidelines state that the only adult that a youth may stay in a tent with is a parent or guardian. For Scout troops, Varsity teams, Sea Scout Ships, and Venturing crews, Two Deep Leadership requirements apply. Cub Scouts must attend with a parent or guardian. Parts A & B of the new health form are required for ALL youth and adult participants. Bring with you for check-in.
If there is a rainout, we will reschedule the event for Friday July 6.. NO REFUNDS will be given to those that cannot attend on the make-up campout date.
