Calling All Gerber Scout Reservation Staff Alumni! Join us at the camp for a day of service, fellowship and fun at our favorite scout camp!

2026 marks the 75th Anniversary of Gerber Scout Reservation. Join your fellow Staff Alumni as we spend some time getting camp ready for the next group of scouts to enjoy.

Everyone should plan to check in at the Gerber  Trading Post on Saturday morning at 9:30am. Plan to have breakfast before you arrive.  We’ll check in and enjoy a little coffee until work assignments are handed out at 10am.  We all know how poor the cell service is on camp, so please let us know if you plan to arrive after 10am. 

We’ll break for lunch around noon and finish up our jobs around 4:30pm.  Once the work is done for the day, we’ll all find our spot for the night and get cleaned up for dinner and fellowship in the evening.  Participants have their choice of putting up their tent on Aquilla or claiming a bunk in the Staff Cabins. 

Want to join us, but not able to spend the full day?  That’s ok!  You are welcome to join us for just dinner.  Sign up and plan to meet us at the Main Pavillion at 6pm on Saturday night.

Sunday morning we will have breakfast and tidy up our assigned tasks before saying “goodbye for now” to our favorite camp sometime before noon.

We have 3 options for meals & housing:

Full Service = Go back to your staff days by sharing a Staff Cabin.  Your bunk is waiting for you!  Includes a bunk in a cabin,3 Meals, and Cracker Barrel provided by our excellent kitchen staff

Classic Package = Bring you tent & join us on the group campsite!  We’ll be putting up tents on Aquilla for that classic camp experience.  Also includes 3 Meals and Cracker Barrel provided by our excellent kitchen staff

Dinner Only = Can’t stay, but want to get in on the fun?  Join us for dinner at 6pm and fellowship after.  When you’ve had enough fun, you can make your way home for the evening.

Registration closes May 30th. We welcome Walk-In’s as well, but can’t guarantee we’ll have an open bunk, so Be Prepared and bring a tent.  Prices same as above, just be sure to meet us at either 9:30am or 6pm.  Whichever your schedule allows!
