AP Fall Harvest Days 2021

Set Up Weekend:  Saturday October 2, 2021 

Event Dates: Saturday October 9th and Sunday October 10th

Volunteers needed for the following areas:

SET UP DAY ONLY (10/2/21)

Trick or Treat Trail Set Up   (This would be a perfect project for a Scouts BSA Troop!)  Help us design a fun scavenger TRICK OR TREAT Trail for our youngest guests at Fall Harvest.  This would include marking the trails, helping fill candy/goody containers, and various other tasks to make this a great way for guests to enjoy our trails and find some fun treats.  We would also love to have some help on event days on this trail!

Shooting Sports Range Set Up  (Helping build and set up our Paintball and Apple Target Ranges)  This will require some adults with power tools to create some plywood backdrops.  Scouts can be our painters!  We don't provide power tools, but will supply all paint/ painting supplies and will have the construction materials and patterns ready to cut/ complete.  Scout and Family friendly help needed here!

Pumpkin Hollow Game Stations (Help us set up some fun game areas for our youngest guests who aren't eligible to climb, shoot or zip).  This will include setting up tables, putting together game tubs of supplies and other various tasks.  Perfect for all ages - no tools required!  We provide all of the supplies.

Other light on-site tasks as they develop.  We will have pumpkin patch set up and some other areas still in development - all will be listed as we get closer to the event date.

EVENT DAYS: 3 Sessions available that need help (Saturday morning - Saturday afternoon - Sunday session)

See registration options, which will include the following areas.  We are not able to guarantee while area you'll be in, unless it requires a BSA Training Card (Shooting Sports, Climbing, Zipline).

• Admission / Will Call Gate (where pre-registered guests pick up their Individual and Family Pass Packets
• Range Safety Officers:  Must have a valid BSA RSO Card.  Help us run archery, BB's and Paintball!
• Trick or Treat Trails:  Help guide our young guests along the trails for tricks and treats - perfect for a ScoutsBSA Troop!
• Pumpkin Hollow (Pumpkin Patch)  Families may purchase a pumpkin from the patch - conveniently located at the parking lot
• General Event Day Help (Help in all areas as needed, as able)  Assignments based on crowds and where needed most
