Are you ready for the ultimate winter challenge? Grab your sled, gather your team, and head to the BSA Klondike Derby—where teamwork, Scouting skills, and winter fun collide!

This annual winter event is packed with action, adventure, and opportunities to test your outdoor skills in a cold-weather setting. Scout teams will compete in a series of thrilling challenges, including:

Fire Building – Can you spark a flame in freezing temperatures?
️ Navigation – Use your map and compass to find your way through the wilderness.
⚕️ First Aid – Respond to simulated emergencies and show your life-saving skills.
Lashings & Knot-Tying – Master the ropes and build your way to victory!
️ Shelter Building – Design a shelter that will keep you warm and safe.

Enjoy and lunch of chili, cornbread, cookies and bottled water. Coffee and hot chocolate will be provided as well.
