Have you been wondering what all this noise is about hammock camping? Have the scouts in your Troop been driving you batty asking if they can bring their hammocks? Well, have we got the weekend for you!

Come on over to Camp Rotary September 14-16, 2018 and learn all there is to know about Hammock Camping! We will teach you:

• Youth Protection Guidelines for Hammocking
• Leave No Trace: Hammocking Edition
• Proper set-up for a hammock camping trip
• Building your own hammock
• Hammock camping in the elements
• Hammock safety

The cost of the weekend includes Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday breakfast; as well as all program materials.  Participants may opt to pre-purchase a hammock building kit as part of their registration.  The Camp Rotary Trading Post will also be open for the weekend, selling your hammocking gear and your Camp Rotary swag!

All youth must attend with an adult; Youth Protection guidelines must be followed.  Unit registrations are strongly encouraged!
