This training is open to all Scouts, Venturers and Leaders aged 16+ that would like to receive their Level 1 COPE/Climbing certification.

• Have you ever wanted to volunteer or work at the Climbing Tower, Zip Line or COPE Course?
• Are you a Venturer working on your Ranger Award?
• Do you think it would be Fun to volunteer for Aerials at the 2026 National Jamboree?

This certification is the first step to these goals!

When: October 17th to October 18th, 2025 - Check in at 6:30pm with training starting at 7:00pm
Where: Gerber Scout Reservation - Venture Base
Cost: $25 per person

We are always looking for volunteers to assist so we can keep the MCC Climbing Towers, Zip Lines and COPE Courses available to our units. This certification is good for any MCC Camp.
