Blue Water District is hosting position specific training for all eligible Scouters, including Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters, Merit Badge Counselors, and Troop Committee Members and Committee Chairs. As an alternative to the online training, this face-to-face facilitated training is designed to help Scouters learn how to effectively carry out their Scouting roles. Hazardous Weather Training is a prerequisite for Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters attending this course. This approximately 5-hour course is in a classroom setting; participants are encouraged to bring a lunch or snacks.
