What is the Aquanaut Swim Night?

The Swim Night is a chance for your Webelos and Arrow of Light scouts to earn the Aquanaut Badge. The Council Activities Committee will host the event at Warren Mott High School on November 15th. Stations will be set up to allow Leaders to pass their scouts on the Aquanaut Requirements.

Who: Webelos and Arrow of Light Scouts

When: November 15, 2019, 6:30 - 9:00 PM

Where: Warren Mott High School Pool (3131 Twelve Mile Road, Warren., MI 48092)

Cost: $14 for each participant; $15 after October 31

How do I register my scout?

All registrations must be coordinated with the Den Leaders, All participants must be preregistered. 

Important things to remember about registration:

You must pre-register. No walk-ins will be allowed.

• You must register each scout attending the program.
• Make all registrations through your Pack.  No money can be collected at the pool
• There will be 60 spots. Once the spaces are full, no more registrations can be taken.
• Registration is on a first come first serve policy and will start on Sep. 13, 2019 and go until all the spots are full.

This is not an instructional course, all participants must be able to swim and do the requirements. Scouts should practice prior to attending to ensure that the scout can pass the requirements. Scouts should be in the Webelos or Arrow of Light dens and should be able to swim before the program.

All scouts need to be prepared with swim gear and towel. 

Important information To Remember

• The Swim Program will start promptly at 6:30pm (arrive by 6:15pm to change) and end approx. 9:00pm
• Scouts are not guaranteed to earn the badge at this event.
• The Webelos or Arrow of Light Leader must be present to pass the scouts off on the Badge
