OA  WINTER  FELLOWSHIP of the RING & BANQUET 2018

The annual Winter Fellowship & Banquet is January 26 - 28th at Camp Rotary near Clare.

Here are the details:

Weekend Registration begins at 6:30 pm on Friday Night
Friday night activities begin at 8:30 pm (Games, Contests, Lord of the Ring fun!)
Bring your LORD OF THE RING memorabilia!

Saturday afternoon tubing.  This is an additional cost of $13.  Bring CASH FOR THIS and a completed Snow Snake Release form: http://www.snowsnake.net/pdfs/tubingrelease.pdf

Saturday Afternoon: Silk Screening, Native American Crafts, Ice Fishing, Snow Shoeing, etc.
Saturday Afternoon:  Patch Trading & Auction!  Bring your memorabilia to auction off!
Banquet Check-in begins at 5 pm on Saturday with the Annual Banquet Meal with Camp Rotary’s famous salad bar beginning at 6 pm.

REGISTER now for the weekend! Overnight indoor, heated cabin space with toilets and showers!

PLUS:

Come to for the ENTIRE weekend  OR  come to the banquet ONLY
Guests (parents, spouses, significant others) are WELCOMED to attend, too!

COST:  EARLY BIRD FEE of $30.00 / Weekend OR  $20.00 Banquet ONLY if paid by Friday, January 19th . . . OR . . . pay the regular fee of $35.00 / Weekend OR $25.00 Banquet ONLY.

NOTE: The 2018 Patch Subscription goes on sale during the weekend and includes:  National OA Conference, Section Conclave Themed Flap, three Summer Camp Commemoratives, Chapter Event patches, etc. Sales are limited to the first 75 on a first-come, first serve basis.

Please bring regular gear for a scout outing:  sleeping bag, toilet kit, full scout uniform, sash, etc. Sleeping is inside heated cabins with bunks, mattresses, toilets, and showers.

Meals, activities, and program are provided as a part of the weekend fee.
