Calling all adult past, current, and future staff or participants for our Advanced Training Courses including Wood Badge, NYLT, Sea Badge and Powder Horn! You are invited to our 2025 Advanced Training Picnic and Service Day.

In addition to great food and camaraderie the event will also include a fundraiser Gerber style and a service project to get the camp ready for the Wood Badge course (the following weekend) and summer camp.  More hands make light work!  This is a class B event, so wear something from a course that you don’t mind getting dirty.

The cost is $25.00 for all participants and includes a new patch. We would greatly appreciate any optional donation of items for a silent auction. Items do not have to be Scout related. We do not “bank” on the auction, so as in the past, bring one-dollar bills and other cash to see how your staff, or patrol or group can raise the most money.  Be ready to answer a few basic questions about your course, make a mistake or brag, pay a buck…all in fun.  All proceeds go to the MCC Adult Advanced Training Scholarship fund to support training our future leaders. 

We will also have an opportunity to camp overnight for any that would like to.  Dinner and breakfast are on you but could be a fun time of fellowship.
