Hello Families,

This week we will be working on the Motor Away elective adventure. 

Before the meeting, your scout will need to make their "model car that moves under its own power" (requirement 3) so they can share it during the meeting. There directions in the Wolf handbook on page 270. Here are a few other examples as well:

Your scout will complete requirements 1A, 1B and 2 during the meeting. Please make sure your scout has the following items when we start the meeting:

• 5 sheets of paper
• hole punch or a pair of scissors
• rubber band
• tape measure
• pencil
• material to make two boats of different shapes (tin foil, plastic bottles, empty juice boxes, etc.)
• pan or container with about 1" of water (to float our boats)
