Full ServSafe 8 hours course with Sara Shepard

ServSafe is a food and beverage safety training and certificate program.

It will be held at Camp Munhacke on Tuesday April 23, 2019

Cost is $100 per person. This covers your TEST and book/materials and is scheduled to run up to 8 hours. 

Class Starts at 9 AM sharp at the Dining Hall @ Camp Munhacke.

Everyone that operates or oversees a dining operation at a MCC Camp should and can be at this training.  There is no paying at the door. The reservation system will be up until April 9, 2019 at midnight. Reservations will not be taken after April 9th.
