MCC Council Sea Base Scuba Contingent

Dive below turquoise waters and navigate vibrant coral reefs with marine life and Scouts from around the Michigan Crossroads Council. The expert captains at Sea Base will ensure you have a safe and exhilarating journey as you discover the wonders of the underwater world.



This is an amazing trip for all Scouts! You and a buddy from your troop, ship, or crew can register to go, or you can register by yourself and make friends with other scouts from across the council. Either way, you will make friends and memories that will last a lifetime.

Youth must be 13 and not yet 21 by August 3, 2026, to attend

All youth and adults must have a current Scuba Certification.



Trip cost includes:

Air and Ground Transportation to and from Sea Base

All Sea Base fees (room, board, nightly activities, and diving)

Trek hat, 2 shirts, one duffel bag, and Council Shoulder Strip commemorating the trip

Several side trips after the week at Sea Base and a lifetime of memories

Suggested fee payment schedule:

Due by December 1, 2025 $250.00 Non-Refundable Deposit

Due by January 1, 2026 $750.00

Due by February 1, 2026 $750.00

Due by April 1, 2026 Trip Balance (final contingent cost will be determined once airfare is purchased)

If you register after any of the due dates, you will be required to pay any amount that is past to be able to register for a spot.
