Are you and your child looking for a program that helps them be their best self, is fun for the whole family, and creates a sense of belonging? Come explore Scouting!
The Chippewa District troops are hosting a free all-day basic life skills day on October 5, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Wolcott Mills, Camp Rotary. The activities are geared to youth in grades 5 to 7. Please dress for the weather.
Schedule
- Check-in for youth, AOL scouts, and parents is 8 a.m. to 8:50 a.m.
- Welcoming games 8 a.m. to 8:50 a.m.
- Opening 9 a.m.
- Morning scout skill sessions: 9:30 to 11:45
- Lunch provided by the troops (each youth/scout and their parent/guardian will be matched to a troop for lunch: 11:45 to 1 p.m.
- Afternoon scout skill sessions: 1 to 3:25 p.m.
- Scouts own service: 3:30 to 3:45 p.m.
- Program closes: 4 p.m.

- Bobcat rank requirements
- Estimation
- High Tech Outdoors
AOL Scouts, Non-Scouting Youth exploring what Scouting has to offer, Parents/Guardians, and Troops register via the Green Registration button to the right.
