Experience will serve
as the primary public facing
engagement
opportunity during
the 2019 Rendezvous.
Invitees will be
offered distinct
programs to take
part in on Saturday,
September 28, 2019:

1. Executive Experience Tours
(9:00am-4:30pm)

Journey through Willow Metropark by
golf cart, with a Scout docent explaining
the activities and adventures taking place
throughout the 2019 Rendezvous.

2. Executive Experience VIP Reception
(5:00-6:00pm)
Join in a distinguished gathering of
corporate executives, elected officials, and
Scouting dignitaries for hors d’oeuvres,
networking, and a short program
highlighting our sponsors, volunteer leaders,
and award recipients.

3. Arena Show
(7:00pm-10:00pm)
Executive Experience invitees are
encouraged to stay for the highlight of the
2019 Rendezvous, the Arena Show, taking
place in the central portion of Willow
Metropark, and showcasing Scout Spirit
through celebrity emcees, acts, musical
entertainment, and a fireworks spectacular!
