It is the unit’s responsibility to access their invoice through; http://scouting.trails-end.com and pay at the intervals noted below. **Remember that if your unit is using the Trails End 'APP' your values due will change. ***Before accessing Black Pug please have available; FSC, District, Unit Type (Pack,Troop etc), Unit Number, Routing Number and Account Number.

Payments will need to be made following the instructions below and within this registration. Once completed please print a copy of your receipt for verification. Payments should be made from Unit accounts ONLY. Personal accounts can make you individually liable for any bounced checks or amounts owed. Credit/Debit cards are not accepted for the same reason.

Payments are in rounded dollars only, so please round per your owed dollar value! (ie; $100.49 = $100, $100.51 = $101)

Remember that you cannot pickup additional product unless total dollar amounts due are paid.
September pickups - Units that take product through September 25, 2019 will need to make a payment equal to or above 25% of their Total Retail Value on or before September 28th. This should include an interim pickups.
October returns - All returns are due by October 26th. Units that take product through October 23, 2019 will need to make a payment equal to or above 25% of their Total Retail Value on or before October 26th.This should include any interim pickups.
November pickups - You can make a partial or final payment when you pick up in early November. Please be sure to audit your invoice before paying. Prizes will not be released without full payment.
Final payments are due on or before December 4, 2019.
