OA WINTER FELLOWSHIP & BANQUET 2017

The annual Winter Fellowship & Banque is January 27 – 29 at Camp Rotary near Clare.

Here are the details:

Weekend Registration begins at 6:30 pm on Friday Night
Friday night activities begin at 8:30 pm (Games, Contests, Justice League Fun!)
Bring your Green Lantern masks, rings, and costumes!

Saturday afternoon tubing which is an additional cost of $13.  Bring CASH FOR THIS and a completed Snow Snake Release form found at: http://www.snowsnake.net/pdfs/tubingrelease.pdf

Saturday Afternoon activities include: Silk Screening, Native American Crafts, Ice Fishing, Snow Shoeing, etc.

Saturday Afternoon:  Patch Trading & Auction!  Bring your memorabilia to auction off!

The banquet check-in begins at 5pm on Saturday.  The annual banquet meal with Camp Rotary’s famous salad bar begins at 6 pm.  The Banquet Program will announce the Vigil Class, Founders’ Recipients, and West Fellows.

REGISTER now for the weekend!  Overnight indoor, heated cabin space with toilets and showers!

PLUS:

Come for the ENTIRE weekend OR come to the banquet ONLY.  Guests (parents, spouses, significant others) are WELCOMED to attend, too! Remember your BSA Health Form!

COST:  EARLY BIRD FEE of $30.00 / Weekend OR $20.00 Banquet ONLY if paid by Monday, January 23rd.  After Jan. 23, the regular fee is $35.00 / Weekend OR $25.00 Banquet ONLY.

NOTE: The 2017 Patch Subscription goes on sale during the weekend and includes:  National Jamboree, 5th Year Anniversary, Section Conclave Host Lodge & Theme, three Summer Camp Commemoratives, and National Award flaps.

Please bring regular gear for a scout outing:  sleeping bag, toilet kit, full scout uniform, sash, etc. Sleeping is inside heated cabins with bunks, mattresses, toilets, and showers.

Meals, activities, and program are provided as a part of the weekend fee.

Remember your BSA Health Form Parts A & B - due at registration.
