NOVA Counselor Training: 6:30-8:30pm

STEM 101: This session will introduce you to the STEM program. This session is FREE and  open to any interested adults and Scouting youth. We will be discussing

• Purpose & Overall Structure of the Program
• NOVA and SuperNOVA Awards
• Certified STEM Units
• Adult Leader Support
• Resources and STEM Partners
• Finding a STEM Event Near You
• How to get Involved

 
NOVA Counselor Training: All interested adults ages 21+ are welcome to attend this FREE training- you do not have to be part of a Scout unit. Please bring a valid Youth Protection Training Certificate. Any youth attending STEM 101 with an adult are welcome to observe this training.

• Learn strategies for guiding youth in NOVA Awards
• How to bring STEM Awards to your unit
• How to become a registered Nova Counselor
