Have your patrols tune up those sleds for this year’s Freeze Out adventure. Your Scouts will hone cold weather skills, participate in a variety of races, competitions, and take home memories for a lifetime. This is sure to be a Freeze Out you will not want to miss. Join Scouts and Venturers throughout the Mayflower Council for this winter camping extravaganza! Troops may invite Webelos on Saturday for the day.

Registrations should be done by units.  Units are responsible for all meals.  No need to book a campsite, the event organizers will assign units.

Pre-Registration is required- No walkins.

There are two options to register your Scouts:

1.  Participate in the Freeze out for the weekend. Meals are supplied by the units and all participants receive a hat and patch.  Additional hats and patches may be ordered for an additional fee.

OR

2. Register for S.E.R.E. (Survival, Evasion, Resistance, Escape) Program for Scouts, ages 13-17 (14-20 for Crews) and will be a curriculum of Arctic Survival taught by S.E.R.E. Specialists (minimum 25 Scouts needed for this to run). All participants receive MRE meals, a hat and a patch.

Cost:

Scouts: Early bird- Register by 1.20.23 $30, after 1.20.23  $35

Adults: Early bird- Register by 1.20.23 $20, after 1.20.23  $25

Webelos (Saturday only): Early bird- Register by 1.20.23 $20, after 1.20.23  $25

SERE Scout: Early bird- Register by 1.20.23 $35, after 1.20.23 $40

SERE Adult: Early bird- Register by 1.20.23 $25, after 1.20.23 $30
