Join Merit Badge Counselors at South Shore YMCA Nature Center for an opportunity to earn your Sustainability Badge, an essential requirement for achieving Eagle Scout rank!

This program is designed to help you understand the concept of sustainability— meeting our needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet theirs.

We’ll explore what sustainability means in everyday life around our homes, schools and businesses and discover practical ways we can all live greener. You’ll learn how small changes can make a big impact and discuss how you can share this knowledge through your Scouting, proving that sustainability is not just important but also easy!

Come ready to learn, work, and have fun as we move towards a more sustainable future together!

Check-in will begin at 10 am with the Badge session starting at 10:15 am.
