Join us on May 16th from 10:00 to 11:30 AM at the South Shore YMCA Nature Center to earn your Soil and Water Conservation Badge!

This hands-on merit badge course will teach Scouts about the importance of conserving two of the most essential resources on Earth: soil and water.

Soil and water are essential for life, supporting everything from plants and animals to our own communities. Through discussions, fun activities and learning experiences, Scouts will gain valuable knowledge on how we can protect these natural resources for future generations.

Check-in will begin at 9:50 am; the badge session starts at 10:00 am.

We will end our day completing a soil and water conservation project outside, dress accordley
