Nature Merit Badge at the Nature Center

What to Bring: Requirements handwritten or typed, printed and brought to the Merit Badge Course for complete credit!

Requirements to complete BEFORE session: 4-F (2): Collect, mount, and label six shells and 7- A or B.

Join our Merit Badge Counselors at the Nature Center for an exciting opportunity to earn your Nature Merit Badge!

This program is designed to help you understand multiple aspects of the natural world and how they all interact with each other.

We’ll explore the Nature Center looking at plants, mammals, birds, insects, reptiles, and more. You’ll learn about the food chain and how plants and animals are connected. We’ll discuss the concept of “Leave No Trace” and how to enjoy nature respectfully.

Come ready to learn, work, and have fun as we enjoy and learn about all nature has to offer!

Registration is required in advance. Limited spaces available – sign up early to secure your spot!

Check-in will begin at 10:00 AM with the Badge session starting at 10:10 AM.

Bonus Opportunity:

We’re also offering an Afternoon Merit Badge session for those looking to earn two badges in one day. You can register for both sessions and spend the day exploring the earth in an unforgettable experience!
