Event Details
When: October 9–12, 2026 (Troops arrive Friday night; main program runs Saturday & Sunday)
Where: Historic Inman Hill, Mendon, MA
Who Can Camp: Registered Scouts BSA Units and Webelos / Arrow of Light Scouts (registering with a unit)
Why Your Unit Needs to Be There
Packed Program: A dynamic blend of traditional Scout skills, exciting STEM activities, community engagement challenges, and an unforgettable campfire circle.
Perfect Webelos-to-Scout Continuity: This camporee is intentionally designed to welcome older Cub Scouts. It’s the perfect opportunity for Webelos and AOLs to experience a troop setting, camp alongside Scouts BSA units, and build the connections that ensure a smooth hand-off to the next generation of Scouting.
A Community-Wide Celebration: We are partnering with local legends to bring unique activities to camp, including K9 demonstrations from the Mendon Police Department, fire safety with the Mendon Fire Department, and an on-site historical exhibit. Plus, the Mendon Lions Club will be running a weekend snack bar and Sunday breakfast!
Overnight Camping Details
Overnight camping is strictly limited to Webelos and Scouts BSA in compliance with BSA national guidelines. However, Sunday’s historical and public-safety exhibits are entirely free and open to the public—so families, friends, and alumni are welcome to visit during the day!
Don't let your unit miss out on this once-in-a-century adventure. Secure your unit’s campsite today and lock in a weekend of incredible memories, leadership, and adventure!
