Event Details

MASSJAM FOR UNITS IS  FULL AND NO LONGER ACCEPTING WAITLIST

MassJam is a territory wide jamboree held on the Cape Cod Fairgrounds once every five years.  
The event is traditionally held on Columbus Day Weekend and features action centers, exhibitors, trading post, snack bar, and so much more. Don't miss out.  
This event is open to Troops, Crews, Posts, and Ships.  Reserve your site today with a $100 deposit (non-refundable but applied to your registration), give us an estimated headcount of youth and adults, and finalize and pay the balance by September 15.

Units are responsible for all meals.

Cost is $40 per person if registered and paid by 9.15.23, after 9.15.23 the cost is $45/person

This event is unit registration only, no indivual registrations please.

The MassJam online store is open, featuring shirts, fleece, MJ patches, and large back patches.  All participants will receive the standard patch, but if you would like more, this is the chance to order.  The store will remain open until March 31. At which time, pre-orders will be batched and shipped.  The store will reopen at a later date and closed to allow time for delivery before the event.

Clarification On Webelos Attendance

It is the policy of the National Boy Scouts that Webelos/AOL are not allowed to camp overnight at Camporees. Refer to the BSA Age-Appropriate Guidelines For Camping published in 2019. Given the logistics of allowing visitors, lack of available parking at the fairgrounds and the lack of transportation from offsite parking, our steering committee voted not to allow Webelos to attend in 2023.

Now That I Have A Spot, How Do I Enter My Attendees?

Use the link  “Click Here To Access Your Registration” in your confirmation email.
Once in your registration, Click the drop down for “Additional Actions”.
Select "Add Participants".
Enter the number for each participant type and click "Add Attendee".
A block will appear to input the information for each person.
Click “Update Information” under each person and enter all the required information.
If any of the blocks are still red, go back and fill in the remaining required information.
Once done, go through Checkout.  

Your participants are not fully booked until you check out.
