ONLY UNITS MAY REGISTER - NO INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS

Have your patrols tune up those sleds for this year’s Freeze Out adventure. Your Scouts will hone cold weather skills, participate in a variety of races, competitions, and take home memories for a lifetime. This is sure to be a Freeze Out you will not want to miss. Join Scouts and Venturers throughout the Mayflower Council for this winter camping extravaganza! Troops may invite Webelos on Saturday for the day.

Registrations should be done by units.  No need to book a campsite, the event organizers will assign units.

There are two options to register your Scouts:

1.  Participate in the Freeze out for the weekend. Youth cost is $25 and includes a hat and patch. Webelos for the day Saturday cost is $15 and includes a hat and patch.  Adult leader cost is $15 and includes a hat and patch.  Meals are supplied by the units.

OR

2. Register for S.E.R.E. (Survival, Evasion, Resistance, Escape) Program for Scouts, ages 13-17 (14-20 for Crews) and will be a curriculum of Arctic Survival taught by S.E.R.E. Specialists (minimum 25 Scouts needed for this to run). 

Youth S.E.R.E cost is $30, and includes a hat, a patch and MRE meals.

Adult S.E.R.E cost is $20 and includes a hat, a patch and MRE meal. 

This event is being run by the Headwaters District. All districts of Mayflower Council are invited to attend.
