Have your patrols tune up those sleds for this year’s Freeze Out adventure. Your Scouts will hone cold weather skills, participate in a variety of races, competitions, and take home memories for a lifetime. This is sure to be a Freeze Out you will not want to miss. Join Scouts and Venturers throughout the Mayflower Council for this winter camping extravaganza! Troops may invite Arrow of Light Scouts on Saturday for the day.

Registrations should be done by units.  Units are responsible for all meals.  No need to book a campsite, the event organizers will assign units.

Pre-Registration is required- No walkins.  Registration closes 1.28.25

Cost:

Scouts/Venturers: Early bird- Register by 1.5.25 $35, after 1.5.25  $45

AOL Saturday Only (Must be invited by a troop and participate with them) Register by 1.5.25 $25, after 1.5.25  $35

All youth participants receive a hat and patch.  

Adults no cost, but hats and patches may be ordered for $20

This event will be using CampDoc.  All CampDoc profiles must be updated each calendar year.
