This training is required to use a Chainsaw on a Council Owned property.

Attendees must be registered Adults with current Safeguarding Youth Training, Participants must be approved prior by the Scout Executive or Designee to use a chainsaw on Council Camp Property.

Housing is not provided as part of this two day registration. Registered Scouter participants may make a cabin or tenting reservation separately.

If you have a Chain Saw and safety gear such as, Chaps, Helmet, Ear protection, Gloves, Long pants, Work boots, please bring them.

We'll inspect the personal protection equipment, saw before cutting. We have limited supply.
