Calling all Cub Scouts!

Nobscot Scout Reservation is calling your name!

On October 4th, grab your family or pack, lace up your hiking boots, pack a lunch, and head to Nobscot Scout Reservation in Sudbury for Cub Scout Adventure Trek 2026. A day filled with exploration, discovery, challenges, and Scout adventure!

Your adventure begins when you pick up your map and scavenger hunt sheet. Then, follow the trail toward Tippling Rock and get ready to discover all that Nobscot has to offer. Along the way, search for clues, learn about the history of Nobscot, complete fun Scout activities, and explore places you may have never seen before!

Meet and adventure with other Cub Scouts

Follow the trails toward Tippling Rock and Finish the day around a roaring campfire!

CUB SCOUT ADVENTURE TREK SCHEDULE

11:30 AM–12:30 PM — CHECK IN & GEAR UP Arrive at Nobscot, check in, grab your map and scavenger hunt sheet, and get ready for your adventure!

1:00 PM — THE TREK BEGINS! The first guided hikes will head out at 1:00 PM. Join one of our scheduled hikes and explore the trails of Nobscot as you make your way toward Tippling Rock.

Important: The last guided hike to Tippling Rock leaves at 3:00 PM, so make sure you are ready to hit the trail before then!

 After a day of exploring, gather around the roaring campfire. Share your favorite discoveries, tell stories from the trail, and celebrate an incredible day of Cub Scout adventure!

TREK PATCH Every Cub Scout who participates in the Trek will receive a special Cub Scout Trek patch to remember the adventure!

Adults who would like a patch can purchase an adult patch for just $5.

FUEL UP FOR THE ADVENTURE!

Before you hit the trail, enjoy FREE coffee and hot chocolate provided by the Nobscot Alumni Association. Snacks will also be available for purchase throughout the day to help keep you fueled for the adventure!
