Come join Mayflower Council as we celebrate all things STEM at Nova Day on January 3 at Camp Squanto!

Cub Scouts:

Check-in: 8:45 AM at the Dining Hall

Event time: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Cub Scouts will rotate through a variety of exciting, hands-on STEM stations set up around camp. Each station will feature a different activity—such as simple engineering challenges, fun science experiments, and interactive demonstrations—that introduce STEM concepts in a playful and engaging way. One of the stations will take place outdoors, so Cub Scouts should dress for the weather.

Please bring a brown paper lunch, as lunch will not be provided.

At the end of the day, Cub Scouts will receive a certificate of completion for participating in Nova Day.

Important supervision note: Cub Scouts attending solo must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If attending as a unit, the unit must provide two leaders per den to ensure proper supervision.

Scouts BSA:

Check-in: 8:45 AM

Merit Badge session: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM S

couts BSA youth will have the opportunity to earn either the Cybersecurity Merit Badge or the Geology Merit Badge. Some of the Geology Merit Badge activities will take place outdoors, so Scouts should dress appropriately for the weather.
