Registration and fee payment Deadline are Monday, April 20, 2020 11:59 PM

Cost is $15.00 for Youth; $5.00 for Adults

Equipment and Materials to Bring

1. Troop 3-Ring Binder with Health Forms for each Scout
2. Shooting Sports Permission Slip: All scouts must bring a completed shooting sports permission slip. 
3. Patrol Flag/Patrol Yell
4. Patrol 10' X 10' Dining Fly and Cooking gear​ 

Schedule for the Weekend

Friday evening

• 6:00 -8:00 check in and campsite set up
• 8:00 Campwide Cracker Barrel at Tonkawa Pavillion
• 11:00 quiet time - lights out

Saturday

• 7:00 Breakfast in Troop Campsites
• 9:00 Opening Ceremony – Flag raising
• 9:15 – 11:30 Activity Stations
• 11:30-1:00 Cook and Eat Lunch
• 1:00-5:00 Activity Stations
• 5:00 – 7:00 Cook and Eat Dinner
• 7:00 Wood tick Races
• 7:30 Campfire program

Sunday morning 

• 7:00 Wake up, Scout Own, Pack up Camp, Evaluations and check out
