Base Camp Pre-K Days

These programs are designed just for 2-5 year olds.  Spend your mornings at Base Camp for Pre-K Activity Sessions.  Join in group games, outdoor activities and crafts.  This spring Base Camp will offer three themed sessions.   All sessions run from 9am to 12:00 noon.   

$10 per child each day or $30 if you sign up for all four days at once; no cost for adults.

“Hmmm…” What winter wildlife was HERE? Transform yourself and see if you can move like some of the animals that walk, waddle, and hop through the fluffy snow! We will look for clues to solve the mystery of critters that scurry all around us in the cold. “Jinkees!”

Bear Hugs & Butterfly Kisses

“Love is in the air!” Come find out all there is to LOVE about this special time of year. Try your shot with one of Cupid’s arrows to see if you can hit the bullseye! Then we will create a valentine for someone sweet. “Smoooch!”

Searching for Spring

“Chirp, chirp!” It may still be chilly, but I spy with my little eye some signs of warmer times ahead! Do you think you can find some clues that tell us spring is on its way? Come and join as we take a hike to learn about how maps and compasses help us find our way. Along the path, we will play some fun games and keep our eyes open for the coming season! “Yippee!”

“RIBBIT!” What was that? I think I heard a friend calling from the pond! Grab a net and join in on the messy fun of discovering what creatures are squirming around in the murky water right outside our door! We will even have a chance to meet a real amphibian up close! “CROAK!”
