Indian Winter 2022 Overview
This event will offer an opportunity for Arrowmen across the section to participate in focus areas including American Indian crafts, Order of the Arrow inductions, and women’s ceremony regaila. The American Indian crafts will focus on learning about proper ceremony regalia for both men and women. The construction and maintenance of individual regalia parts from roaches, chokers, breast plates, breach cloths, leggings and moccasins to some of the less known. We will also cover regalia ranking through the use of accessories among the principal ceremonialist.

Facilities
There will be indoor housing, meals, training, recreational opportunities and much more.

Who Should Attend
Indian Winter is open to Order of the Arrow members from across Section G-11 (formerly Section C-1A) and adjacent areas.  Order of the Arrow members from the Totanhan Nakaha Lodge should indicate their Order of the Arrow ID number during the registration process (guests from other lodges can side-step this feature of the registration).

Cost
The event fee is $35.00, but there may be additional cost depending on any craft projects. Once you register we will send you a break-down on the cost for craft kits so you can plan accordingly.

Transportation
Any expense to you getting to and back from the event is not included in these event fees.

COVID-19
Face masks will be required for all participants while indoors during the event.  This practice aligns with best practices currently adotped by Northern Star Scouting for mitigating the spread of COVID-19.  In addition to face masks, all participants are asked to fill out a Health Screening checklist to submit alongside their Annual Health and Medical Record.  Both forms can be found on the attachments section of this page.
