Registration will begin at 8:30AM, with the Gardening Merit Badge session running from 9AM - 12PM and the Landscape Architecture Merit Badge running from 1-3 PM.
Cost:
Merit Badge participants: $25 (This includes program supplies for the Merit Badge course).
All merit badge participants must be pre-registered due to limited space.
Adult chaperons may attend at no-cost.

The event will be hosted inside Mickman Brothers, Inc.'s facility. Specific instructions about locating the check-in area will be sent leading into the event to registration contacts.
Additional Information:
- Participating Scouts should wear their field uniforms ("Class A" uniforms) to the event.
- As a Scouting activity, all participants are required to fill out Part A and B of the Annual Health and Medical Record.
- Each youth needs to bring a pre-filled merit badge card and it is recommended to have a copy of the Gardening and Landscape Architecture Merit Badge worksheets.
- All Scouts taking the Merit Badge are strongly encouraged to read the Gardening and Landscape Architecture Merit Badge books prior to the event.
- Gardening Requirements 2, 4, and 8 will need to be completed before or after the event. Scouts with these requirements completed prior to the event can bring proof of completion on the day of the Merit Badge sessions for approval by a Merit Badge counselor.
- All of the requirements for Landcape Architecture will be completed on site during the event. Scouts need to bring their own tape measure, writing utensil and notebook/paper to complete Requirement 4.
- Please note there is a limit of 30 Scouts for this event. A waitlist will be used once the limit of Scouts is reached. If you are registered and cancel your registration by Sunday, May 25 at 11:59 PM we will reimburse you if someone is able to fill your canceled registration.
- Lunch will be provided as a part of the event.
- Scouts will be released from the course around 3 PM. After release from the course, Scout supervision will be the responsibility of parents and chaperons.
