Base Camp hosts five homeschool field trips each year - this registration is for the final two sessions of 2019 being held this fall. Please watch for 2020 dates to be posted soon! As always, if you cannot attend the dates we host, feel free to make a reservation for your specific homeschool group or co-op. Our minimum group size for most activities is just ten participants and our activity options are listed in our Youth Program Catalog found here: http://www.explorebasecamp.org/Forms.

Each of our homeschool programs includes age-specific activities for learners of all levels. The program begins at 9:00 AM and concludes at 2:00 PM. Check-in opens at 8:30 AM and pre-registration is strongly encouraged in guaranteeing your spot in the program. Parent/Adult registrants are not required to remain onsite, but are welcome to observe the activities throughout the day. For adults dropping youth off, we request that you accompany your children into the building for check-in (please do not let them walk up on their own). All youth participating in the program must have a waiver form signed by their parent or guardian (separate forms for each youth and each date). Participants must wear closed-toed shoes and comfortable clothing – dressing for the weather if your program includes outdoor activities. In addition, we recommend bringing a water bottle, bag lunch and a peanut-free snack if desired.

*New this fall for homeschool learners ages 5 and under!*
Starting at our September homeschool day, we will begin offering a half-day parent-child registrant type for youth ages 1-5 to attend with an adult alongside our normal activities with older siblings. You may sign up for the morning session from 9:00-11:00AM, or afternoon session from 12:00-2:00PM with a mix of fun games, stories, crafts, and lessons matching the theme of our homeschool program that day. $10 per child, must attend with an adult. Adults companions may attend with multiple youth and are no charge.

Ages 13 and up: High Ropes, Low Ropes Trust Exercises, Intro to Leadership Styles Lesson

Following each program, participants ages 6 and up have the option of staying for an additional open climb and archery session from 2:00-4:00 PM at a cost of $5.00/participant.
