This full-day journey into leadership challenges participants to learn and practice the skills it takes to be a leader in their community every day. Together we explore the ways our perspective and values shape our leadership styles and how a diverse team of leaders can collaborate effectively. Participants recevie their very own leadership journal that will help them to build their personal leadership vision and action plan to take home at the end of the day. Throughout the day, small cohorts will enter our immersive Leadership Portal which utilizes virtual reality elements and puzzles to drop participant into leadership situatiions that they will solve using concepts they have learned together. This program includes a 30-minute break for lunch.  Please bring a lunch.
